I’ve been hobbling around with a sore back and hips for the past few days because I built garden beds for my wife. I knew this would happen because I’m 40 and I work in an office. But let’s not talk about that. I cussed a lot building them, and it took me twice as long as a normal man because stuff like this always does with me. They cost WAY more than expected because she insisted on cedar rather than treated wood so her garden could be truly organic. Once built, they were too heavy to lift alone, but I tried anyway, and that’s what threw out my back.
Clint, you are a heartfelt delight (and I'm not a "feely" person)! Thank you for the examples of your life. You remind me of my own amazing husband. He deals with issues similar to yours and I give him whatever support and space he needs. In response, he would move mountains for me. Our relationship is based on mutual respect, and even now, after 21 years, my heart beats faster and I smile just thinking about him! I LOVE that you have that, and that you share it with us. Huge hugs.

A great reminder Clint. Hope your back feels better soon!
