I’ve been meeting with my therapist. And naturally, we’ve been discussing my anxiety. He said something the other day that gave me pause. “You’re a funny guy,” he said. I agreed with him. “But a lot of your humor is making fun of yourself. Have you thought about making fun of your anxiety?”
I’m going to try this tonight. lol
