The Joy of a Good Nap

To support my 14yo with her English class, I’ve been reading the books she’s assigned, which I’m totally cool with me. I majored in English. I must admit though, it’s been wonderful to feel, oh… I don’t know, useful with her homework. If it’s algebra, it’s best she goes to mom. Same with science, or physics…

Anyway, the other day, we were sitting next to each other on the sofa discussing Lord of the Flies, answering questions, and then, together we listened to the newest chapter on audio. Norah was taking notes, and somehow, we both fell asleep.
