I’ve Never Fit In

I’ve never fit in anywhere. Not junior high, high school, college, work... I was an odd kid who grew up to be an odd adult, and that fact has really made me appreciate my wife.

Somehow she was able to see past my awkward under the breath laugh, off the cuff unconventional and sometimes slightly terrifying sense of humor, short stature (I stand 5’ 5”), lack of confidence, and emotional baggage, to find someone she wanted to spend her life with.
